Returns Policy

Eligibility for Returns

Unworn Products:

We accept returns for unworn products, or in the rare instance that you have received an incorrect order. Please return to us within 7 days of receiving your order.

 

Non-Returnable Items:

Refunds cannot be initiated if the straps around the wefts have been cut off or if the bundles are unravelled/cut. We uphold strict hygiene standards and adhere to supplier protocols, therefore, we do not accept returns on used hair or custom orders.

Please note that extended frontals, being custom-made and requiring additional time for production, cannot be returned to our factory.

 

 


Initiating a Return


Contacting Customer Service:

To initiate a return, please contact our contact service team at Herahair@hotmail.com. Please provide your order number, the items you wish to return and the reason for your return.


Authorization:

Please wait for authorization from our customer service team before returning your order. Unauthorized returns may not be accepted.
 


Return Shipping


Customer Responsibility:

Customers are responsible for the cost of return shipping unless the return is due to an error on our part or a defective product.

Packaging:​

Please ensure that the products are securely packaged to prevent damage during transit. We recommend using the original packaging if possible.


 


Inspection & Processing

Hygiene Inspection:

Returned products will undergo a hygiene inspection. We want to reiterate that products showing any signs of use, including the below:

- Broken straps
 
- U
nidentified scents on products
- Signs of Glue or use of frontals and wigs
- Bundles or Frontals that have been dyed/bleached 

 

Processing Times:​

Once the return is received, please allow up to 14 business days for inspection and processing. Refunds will be issued to the original payment method. The refund amount will be the purchase price excluding shipping costs. You will be notified via email once the refund has been processed.
